Privacy Policy
Ozi Agency is a marketing and AI-systems agency based in Aruba. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you use our website and application forms, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect when you apply
When you fill in the Growth Plan application form, we ask for:
- About your business: your trade, how many people work with you, years in business, who your clients are, where new clients come from today, and whether you have a website.
- What you need: your biggest challenge right now, whether you could take on more jobs, and when you'd like to start.
- How to reach you: your business name, your name, your WhatsApp number, and optionally your email.
- Your language choice (English, Spanish, Dutch or Papiamento), so we reply in it.
We also record, automatically:
- Which ad brought you here. If you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad, the link carries campaign tags (
utm_source,utm_campaign,fbclidand similar). We save them with your application so we know which ads work. They don't identify you personally. - An internal fit score. We score each application on capacity and timing to decide who we call first. It's a sorting aid, not a judgment, and it stays internal.
We do not ask for, and do not want, payment details, ID numbers or anything sensitive.
Why we collect it
To review your application and contact you about it on WhatsApp or by email, to prepare for a first meeting, and to understand which of our ads bring in real conversations. That's it. We don't sell or rent your details, and we don't add you to newsletters you didn't ask for.
Where it goes
Your application is sent to our systems and stored in:
- Our CRM (GoHighLevel) — where we manage conversations and follow-ups.
- A private Google Sheet — our internal lead log.
- Our automation server (n8n, self-hosted) — which routes the application to the two places above and sends us an alert. It doesn't keep a copy beyond its run logs.
Only Ozi Agency team members working on sales and onboarding can see it.
If sending fails, the page may offer to send your answers to us via WhatsApp instead. In that case your message is handled by WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms.
Ads and the Meta Pixel
Our landing pages use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook / Instagram). It tells Meta that a page was viewed and, when you complete an application, that a form was submitted. Meta uses this to measure our ads and to show them to people similar to those who applied. Meta may combine this with your Meta account activity under Meta's own privacy policy. You can limit this in your Facebook/Instagram Ad preferences, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies.
We don't send your name, number or form answers to Meta — only the event ("page viewed", "application sent").
Cookies and storage on your device
We use your browser's storage to remember your language choice and, for the current visit, the ad tags from the link you arrived on. The Meta Pixel sets its own cookies as described above. We use no other tracking.
How long we keep it
Applications we don't take on are deleted within 12 months. Clients' details are kept for as long as we work together and as long as Aruban bookkeeping rules require.
Your rights
Ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — WhatsApp or email the contact above and we'll do it within a few working days. If you'd rather not be contacted, say so and we'll stop.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we update this page and change the date at the top.
